Garret Woynarski
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, I’ve built a career rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel their best. Beginning as a massage therapist, my path expanded into acupuncture and, more recently, osteopathy—each modality deepening my understanding of the body’s ability to heal. My approach is grounded, intuitive, and informed by decades of clinical practice and study in anatomy, physiology and human movement.
I’m also a lifelong student, continuously investing in my education to expand my skills and stay current in the ever-evolving world of health and healing. Learning keeps me inspired and allows me to bring fresh insight and depth to the care I offer. I feel daily gratitude for the trust my clients place in me and for the meaningful connections formed through this work.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll often find me coaching my kids’ basketball or flag football teams, riding one of my bikes, or soaking up the quiet of nature. I value the freedom of setting my own rhythm, especially when it allows space for free time, movement, and fresh air. It’s a joy to do what I love every day and to continue growing alongside the incredible people I meet through this work.

Sarah Clemens
My prairie roots run deep in the heart of Saskatchewan, born and raised in Regina. My journey has been led by the search for greater well being, intuitive acknowledgment and a deep connection to the wisdom of horses. As a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, I guide others through balance, ease and renewal, to inspire your body to do what it does best—innate healing.
My path has also led me to study acupressure, equine structural unwinding & craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki and frequency-specific microcurrency— gentle yet powerful ways to encourage healing and restore wellness.
Surviving cancer resulting with lymphedema opened my heart to the healing power of Spinal Flow, bringing me profound relief and inspiring my calling to help others heal and thrive. My work is guided by the belief that we are all capable of creating better health, wellness, and vitality when we are supported holistically— body, mind, and soul.
When I am not holding space for transformation, you’ll find me loving life at the barn, enjoying nature, traveling, walking and snuggling my dog, or weaving love into my gluten-free baking. I am deeply grateful to support you on your path to healing as your Spinal Flow Practitioner.
